5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: 50 messages per month, 1 chatbot
• Starter Plan: $29/month, 1,000 messages, 3 chatbots
• Professional Plan: $79/month, 5,000 messages, unlimited chatbots
• Enterprise Plan: $299/month, unlimited messages and chatbots

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are in USD and non-refundable unless required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Changes to Pricing

We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by 123x.chat and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Host, store, and display your content
• Process your content to provide the Service
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for improvements

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

7. AI Model Usage

When using AI models through our Service:
